Hockessin Community Center, Inc. (HCC) is a non-profit, 501(c)(3), agency. The HCC staff are dedicated to providing programs for youth, adults and senior citizens in the areas of education, recreation, social services, housing & counseling. We provide services to low to moderate income individuals and families in Wilmington and surrounding areas including zip codes; 19707, 19711, 19804, 19805 & 19808. Some of the emergency services provides: Food Closet Services for the Homeless Utility & Rental Assistance Information & Referral Services.

Must be low income to receive help. Call for details.

Tips For Prompt And Professional Assistance
1. Make an appointment - Always attempt to make an appointment. Oftentimes this will save you hours waiting in lines. When on the phone make sure you ask for the documentation needed in order to receive assistance.

4. Bring all pre determined documentation - Bring all of the documents you were advised to bring from your appointment phone call. Without them, you will not receive aid.
