How It Works
When services are integrated to meet the needs of parents and children together, efficiency is improved and outcomes are enhanced for parents, children, and families.

Early Childhood Education Services – The Early Head Start and Head Start programs help children under the age of 5 develop school readiness skills
Stabilization Services – Utility assistance, emergency services, food distribution and access to the community help individual families meet their basic needs
Employment Training – Scholarships for on the job training and classroom instruction stabilizes and promotes a pathway out of poverty to employment
