Full Description:

Provides financial assistance when funds are available for Newton County residents only, temporary emergency housing for families (very space limit) and gently used items such as general clothing, and furniture for those in need. Furniture and food assistance is provided once to a client and the clothing pantry is provided once a year.

Hours: Mondays through Fridays 9:30am - 5:30pm.

A Non profit Organization started In 1991 to reach out and help thoose less than fortunate.This organization helps with food, clothing, shelter and finacial assistance.Services in the Georgia state prisons are supported by this ministry. Hygeneine supplies, blankets tents and other donations are made to the homeless.A meal is served every tuesday and thursday to the hungry.This is made possible by several local churches and volunteers. Thier are showers on site where homeless or thoose without electricity may shower.
The thrift center finacially supports all these ministries. Donations are accepted daily, we also pick up donations.

4. Bring all pre determined documentation - Bring all of the documents you were advised to bring from your appointment phone call. Without them, you will not receive aid.
