Full Description: DSS Office Hours: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.

Queen Anne's County Dss Centreville is the local county Division of Social Services office. Financial assistance is provided to residents:
Temporary Cash Assistance (TCA)
Provides a time limited cash assistance program for families to promote individual responsibility and self-sufficiency.

Food Stamps (FS)
Increases the food purchasing capability of families and individuals. Most persons receiving TCA and TDAP are eligible for Food Stamps, as are others with low income.

Medical Assistance (MA)
Provides a federal entitlement program that allows low-income individuals to obtain medical care and treatment.

1. Make an appointment - Always attempt to make an appointment. Oftentimes this will save you hours waiting in lines. When on the phone make sure you ask for the documentation needed in order to receive assistance.
