General Relief Assistance.

Office hours: Mondays through Fridays 8am - 5pm.

May be able to assist persons in need living in Ripley Township of Montgomery County with basic needs, such as:

Food
Rent/mortgage
Medical care/insulin
Utilities
Household goods
Fuel oil/propane/coal
Clothing
Burial expenses
Work transportation

Assistance is at the discretion of the trustee. Denials of assistance can be appealed to the county commissioner; information on appealing is included in the denial letter.

Eligibility Requirements:
Must live in Ripley Township of Montgomery County
Provide documentation of income and expenses for all household members
Provide eow income or financial need
