PECO Energy Matching Energy Assistance Fund.
Eligibility
Shut-off Notice by PECO. Services have to have been terminated or in threat of termination. - Income 150% of Federal Poverty Level, based on last 90 days. - Assistance is limited to once every 2 years. - Applicant must be the rate payer.

For qualified applicants CADCOM’s REACH will pay up to $250 and PECO will match that amount. Applicant has to pay reconnection fee and any amount over $500.
Office hours: Mondays through Fridays 8:30am - 4:30pm.
