The Mississippi County Arkansas Economic Opportunity Commission provides assistance with energy bill payments, depending on availability of funds. Call for information. Walk in to apply. Office Hours: 8am - 4:30pm Mondays through Fridays.

You must bring documentation if you are a walk in. Drivers license or photo id. Shut off notice and social security card.

Services includes: Electric Service Payment Assistance, Gas Service Payment Assistance, Heating Fuel Payment Assistance, Home Rehabilitation Programs, Home Rental Listings, Rental Deposit Assistance.
