Services provided: Rental assistance, utility payment assistance, reasonable moving cost assistance, motel vouchers.
Must reside in Irving TX.
Currently Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Tuesdays, 7:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. (Hoping to add additional evening hours).
Priority populations served will be: Families enrolled in Irving ISD’s Project PASS program (homeless), victims of domestic violence (exiting Brighter Tomorrows’ facilities), homeless, participants of Metrocare’s pilot project (providing mental health case management services to persons being discharged from institutions), emancipated minors up to age 24 (especially those with children), those who have Notices to Vacate (within two weeks)/utility disconnect notices (within one month), those with documented financial emergencies (e.g., loss of income and registered with TWC, medical emergency, unexpected bill) who anticipate being able to pay for housing next month.
