Full Description:

CIRHA assists qualified low income families in CIRHA\'S service area with rental assistance through the public housing program and the housing choice voucher program. The family/individual pays between 30 and 40 percent of their monthly income toward rent.

SECURITY DEPOSIT assistance for those residing in CIRHA service area.

BRANCH OFFICES: Public Housing and Section 8 Rent Subsidy Program available in member communities within the six county area served by CIRHA. The city of Ames and Knoxville have their own housing authorities.
