Location: Sacred Heart Activity Center.

Catholic Charities Orange County NY Newburgh provides a variety of bi-lingual services to individuals and families including emergency assistance for rent, utilities, transportation, food and clothing limited by available resources entitlement assistance, and advocacy.
For utilities, people must apply first with HEAP, then with Salvation Army\'s Good Neighbor Fund and if that is not sufficient, apply through Catholic Charities will help only for one month.
For water bill payment, individuals must get referral from DSS.
