BRAC provides services in the form of emergency financial assistance. BRAC strives to provide personalized quality services to our clients. We realize that every client has extenuating circumstances and we will do our best to meet the need by either assisting or referring the clients to other resources in the community area. BRAC assist with Rent, Food and Utilities and Clients must be present for the assistance provided. Clients must be residents of Baytown, Highlands and West Chambers County area.

BRAC goes by appointments and there is required documentation the client needs to bring in to be able to assist with the following:


1. Receipt showing client applied for food stamps with in 30 days of assistance or denial letter showing client was not eligible for SNAP assistance.
2. Proof of income with in the last (60 Days)
3. Current Lease or proof of ownership where client resides.
4. A Valid State I.D. or D.L.


    1. Late Notice or Eviction
    2. Proof of Income with in the last (60 Days)
    3. Current Lease Agreement
    4. A Valid State I.D. or D.L.


    1. Disconnect Notice of Utility Provider such as Gas, Water , Electric
    2. Proof of Income with in the last (60 Days)
    3. Current Lease Agreement
    4. A Valid State I.D. or D.L.

4. Bring all pre determined documentation - Bring all of the documents you were advised to bring from your appointment phone call. Without them, you will not receive aid.
