Full Description:
Provides emergency rent, mortgage, and utility assistance to residents of WARD 7 residents in need. Office hours: Mondays through Fridays 9am - 5pm.
Eligibility guidelines: DC Residents Only, in receipt of a court or eviction notice, disconnected utility services or cut-off notice, with an emergency situation contributing to an inability to pay, but with an ability to make future payments and a willingness to work with a case worker over a period of 90 days on a realistic budget plan.
