Helps assist with people who are moving or behind on their rent. Will pay up to $600.00. Current tribal enrollment card for applicant, copy of picture ID for all household members, social security cards of all household members, proof of income for all household members, proof of disability(if applicable), criminal record check (will be done in office), copy of bank statements of all household members, proof of all assets(title or registration of vehicles,motorcycles, boats,etc.), COURT ORDERED EVICTION PAPER(letter from homeless shelter,fire or domestic violence), verification of all bills paid in prior month, hardship document(s), Veteran DD-214 (if applicable). Office hours: Mondays through Wednesdays 8am - 4pm.
