Clay County Service Center Orange Park
Financial Help Provided: CLAY County Temporary Cash Assistance Department Children Families.
Full Description: The TCA program (Temporary Cash Assistance Program) provides cash assistance to families with children under the age of 18 or under age 19 if full time secondary (high school) school students, that meet the technical, income, and asset requirements.
This is a great program for single mothers who need cash assistance. The program helps families become self-supporting while allowing children to remain in their own homes. Pregnant women may also receive TCA, either in the third trimester of pregnancy if unable to work, or in the 9th month of pregnancy. Parents, children and minor siblings who live together must apply together.
This program also provides food assistance. Individuals and families can buy food for themselves and their families.
We have provided the address of the CLAY County office. You can apply for the Cash Assistance Program at this office or apply online at the Department of Children and families website: http://www.dcf.state.fl.us/programs/access/tca.shtml.
